IRVINE, Calif. – January 25, 2008 – Relsys International, the leading provider of drug safety, pharmacovigilance and risk management solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, announces the addition of new members to the existing management team including Mr. Chris Jabbal as Chief Services Officer, Mr. Douglas Doedens as the company’s Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Mr. Michael Glaser as Director of Quality Assurance.

Mr. Jabbal, as Chief Services Officer, will lead Relsys’ Global Professional Services team to deliver our Service offerings including Argus implementations. Mr. Jabbal’s focus includes client satisfaction and high quality, robust project execution. He brings to Relsys over 20 years of consulting and services experience working as the Chief Information Officer for Washington Mutual, Director of Consulting Services at Cap Gemini America, and Director of Worldwide Operations at Conexant Systems. “Chris is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of and familiarity with all facets of service and consulting excellence” said Dave Bajaj.
As the Senior Vice-President of Engineering, Mr. Doedens will lead the architecture, development, testing and quality assurance teams in Relsys’ worldwide offices, and will play a key role in setting strategic technology direction for the company. Prior to joining Relsys, Mr. Doedens was Vice-President of Enterprise Architecture at First American Corporation, where he also held various positions in Development, Architecture, and Information Technology. In his role, he took on challenges such as setting up and managing an India development organization, leading a process improvement group, developing highly scalable web based applications, and identifying core technologies that can be reused across the organization.
Michael Glaser, with the role of Director of Quality Assurance at Relsys International, will review and advance all aspects of Quality Assurance from the overall corporate quality processes to improving and adhering to the Software Development Life-cycle. This includes implementing sound leading-edge practices, methodologies, standards, and procedures throughout each phase of the Relsys Software Development Life-cycle. Prior to Relsys, Mr. Glaser spent 5 years as both the Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Development at First American Corporation and spent more than 17 years in previous development leadership positions.
