STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)

The GPS team takes the time to understand and analyze your company's current business processes and how they relate to the strategic direction of your safety system needs. Utilizing a proven methodology, your existing business processes and procedures will be evaluated and compared to present regulatory requirements. We can work with you to improve your existing procedures, or as required, our team will utilize our templates to develop new SOP's that govern your people, process and technology. Additionally, we will map your present and newly developed SOP's to your Relsys safety system to ensure complete regulatory compliance. GPS will leverage its expertise in safety to your company's benefit.

INSTALLATION

The GPS team follows a formal Installation Qualification process that has been used time and again to deliver completely validated systems. Our installation process is documented and will stand up to the most rigorous of audits. Our expertise with Oracle™ and server / client environments leads to swift installation and robust results.

CONFIGURATION & CONFERENCE ROOM PILOT (CRP)

The GPS team takes a comprehensive and systematic approach to configuring our systems to your needs. Working alongside your staff, the GPS consultant engages in a thorough and methodical planning stage allowing you to fully benefit from an enterprise-wide safety system. Utilizing a fit-to-business analysis of the product to your strategy and business requirements, your Relsys safety solution is configured to the work the way you do.

The Conference Room Pilot (CRP) allows your core team to fully understand the depth of the safety system early in the implementation process. Additionally, it allows our GPS team to understand the details of your requirements. The overall result? Our services allow you to save time, money and resources that are needed elsewhere.

TRAINING

GPS provides customized training services for Relsys' safety systems. Whether your training needs are as simple as educating a group of new users for your existing system or as detailed as complete product training for System Administrators, DBA's and End Users, our team is ready to help. "Training the trainer" is also an option, and the sessions can be held on site at Relsys or ideally at your site on the system that has been configured specifically for your company.
